1. General Use
The Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust provides this Mobile App/Website for informational and service-related purposes. All content and services provided are subject to these terms and conditions. You agree to use this Mobile App/Website in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
2. Donations and Services
Every donation exceeding Rs. 599/- entitles the donor to be eligible for one-day stay for 2 adults and 2 children at Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi. The request to avail this facility must be made exclusively through our official Mobile App. Donations are not exempt under section 80G. Donors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, if applicable. Facility stays are subject to availability, and Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any requests at its discretion.
3. Donation Terms
A donation is confirmed once contribution is successfully processed, upon which the donor becomes eligible to avail of their stay at Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi . Accepted contribution methods include Gpay/UPI, credit/debit cards and other authorized options on the app. Donors are responsible for accurate contribution details. Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect information or technical issues beyond our control. All contributions are considered as "Donations." Donors must pay the minimum eligible amount in full to avail the facility. Donors acknowledge that they forfeit the entire remittance if they cancel or fail to avail of the facility.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Donors must provide check-in and check-out date and time details. Facility availability must be confirmed via the official mobile app before making any donations. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and can be availed by donors donating in excess of Rs. 599. A valid government-issued photo ID matching donor details is required during check-in. Facility requests are valid only for listed donors; additional guests require approval and may incur extra charges. Failure to avail services without prior notice may result in a no-show and cancellation fees. Left-behind belongings will be handled as per the lost and found policy.
5. Donor Facility Request Availability
Facility benefits are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed during donation. Facility allocations may be denied due to operational reasons or policy violations.
6. Identification and Age Requirement
Donors and accompanied guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. For e.g., Aadhaar card, valid passport, or driver’s license during check-in, that matches the facility request details. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without reimbursement.
7. Additional Cost
Extra cost may apply for services such as extra beds, late check-out, or damages. Additional services are subject to availability and may incur extra costs. They can only be availed by donors contributing more than Rs. 600. All additional cost must be settled at check-out, failing which Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust may withhold the deposit made at check-in.
8. Rules and Regulations
Guests must maintain decorum and adhere to Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust policies. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behaviour may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Damages caused will be charged to the donor’s account. Visitors require prior approval and must comply with visitor policies.
9. Modifications and Reimbursement
Facility request modifications, including date or guest changes, are subject to availability and may be available to donors with higher donation slabs. Cancellation and reimbursement policies are outlined in the website and app. If Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust cancels a facility benefit, guests will have the option to reschedule.
10. Liability Limitations
Rameswaram Nagara Viduthi Trust is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings; safes should be used if provided. The Trust is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues, except those caused by negligence. Service disruptions due to external factors such as natural disasters or government restrictions are not the Trust's responsibility. Donors are responsible for their conduct and any damage caused. Liability is limited to the donation paid for the facility request.
11. Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., early check-in, facility preferences, dietary needs) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Guests should communicate requests at the time of donation or at least three days before arrival. The Trust is not liable for failing to fulfil special requests.
12. Third-Party Facility Requests
Third-party facility requests are not allowed. All facility requests must be made through our official Mobile App. Facility benefits for third-party donors not related to Nagarathar Pulli are available only for donations exceeding Rs.1500, making them eligible for additional services with higher donation slabs.
